Bio of Naseeruddin Dhounasalia

Naseeruddin Dhounasalia is a self-made business leader with years of experience in financial analysis, managing payroll and overseeing operations. He has served as the Chief Accountant of MDM Hotels USA since its inception, bringing his extensive knowledge of management, finance and accounting to the role. Since 2008, he has propelled MDM Hotels USA forward by helping expand from Round Rock to the New Braunfels and Frisco areas. Under his leadership, all of his firms have thrived, thanks to his strategic management and financial acumen. Thanks to his unwavering work ethic and ability to foster a dynamic and enjoyable working environment, he has successfully created an atmosphere of achievement that is inspiring.

Bio of Asif Momin

Asif has over 25 years of experience in business, including 7 in the hospitality sector. He has advised on the conception, management, and exit of various projects, in addition to the construction or opening of several hotels.
University of Bombay awarded Asif a commerce bachelor’s degree. He has held positions on boards and advisory councils for a number of co-ops, hotels, and retail establishments. Asif is multilingual.
Asif has a history of implementing change and enhancing corporate procedures using tactics that improve efficiency, raise brand recognition, and boost client satisfaction. Asif led teams at IHG to record-breaking success in very competitive business markets and helped integrate operations following mergers and acquisitions.
